Cubans in Vietnam and India voted on their new Constitution on Saturday, as part of a society that is recognized as perfectible.

In Vietnam, 79 voters, including diplomats, students and workers from Cuban institutions, exercised their citizen's right with all requirements and guarantees of a free and clean voting.

The Special Electoral District 91 was one of 122 polling stations created by the Special Electoral Commission of the Cuban Foreign Ministry, along with those in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and China.

Cubans who are working in other Vietnamese provinces also cast their vote on the new Constitution in Quang Binh (center-north) Da Nang (center) and Ho Chi Minh City (south).

Meanwhile, in India, workers-students, journalists and members of the Cuban Embassy also voted on their magna carta today.

The Special Electoral District in New Delhi was the first polling station to conclude the voting.

The referendum will take place in all Cuban embassies and will end in Cuba on February 24, on the 124th anniversary of the Cry of Baire, which marked the resumption of the national wars for independence, which was finally achieved in January 1959.
